Why this app cannot do it
A bot with withdrawal permission is a bot that can empty your account if
it is compromised. The API key this app uses is created with
withdrawals disabled — Binance
will reject a withdrawal attempt at the API level even if this app tried.

Before you move anything
Flatten open positions first. A withdrawal that leaves a position
under-margined can trigger a liquidation you did not ask for.
